She has led multimillion-dollar grant initiatives, designed nationally recognized equity programs, and advised executives on everything from organizational change to stakeholder messaging. As a published writer and former magazine editor, she brings strong instincts for language and audience to every project.

Haley holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a master's in Public Policy & Administration. She’s been recognized by the California State Senate and Assembly, and her dissertation on student-parents in higher education received statewide honors.
